All show listings are subject to approval and must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to decline listing any event at any time and for any reason. Violation of our community standards may result in disqualification from being listed on our calendar in the future.

As a Christian organization, we reserve the right to make choices that align our actions with our faith. Events that celebrate or promote ideologies that are in opposition to Biblical principles will not be listed.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All events listed on our calendar must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to permits, licenses, noise ordinances, and public safety.
Standards for Venues:

Safe and Welcoming Spaces: Venues listed on our calendar are expected to provide safe premises for all attendees. This includes adequate security measures, accessibility accommodations, and adherence to local health and safety guidelines.

Public Space Requirement: Venues must be designated as public spaces, distinct from private residences where individuals reside. This ensures accessibility and appropriate facilities for hosting live music events.

Hygiene and Cleanliness: Venues are expected to maintain a standard of cleanliness and hygiene conducive to hosting public events. This includes maintaining clean restrooms, seating areas, and overall clean premises.

Maintenance and Working Order: Venues must be in good working order and free from significant disrepair. This includes functioning sound systems, lighting, heating/cooling systems, and any other essential infrastructure necessary for hosting live music performances.

Fair Payment Policy: Venues are required to compensate musicians fairly and honor the payment terms agreed-upon before the performance. Any attempt to alter the agreed-upon compensation after the show may result in disqualification from being listed on our calendar in the future. We prioritize fair treatment of musicians and value transparency in financial agreements.
Standards for Musicians:

Venue Property Care: Musicians are expected to show utmost respect for the property of the venues they perform at. This includes taking care to avoid damage to equipment, furniture, and any other venue assets during load-in, setup, and performance.

Community Respect: Musicians should demonstrate respect for the local community in which they perform. This encompasses being mindful of noise levels, adhering to any venue-specific rules or regulations, and engaging respectfully with venue staff and patrons.

Professionalism: Musicians are encouraged to uphold professional standards of conduct at all times. This includes arriving punctually for load-in and soundcheck, communicating effectively with venue representatives, and presenting themselves in a manner that reflects positively on both the venue and the broader community.

For weekday shows (Mon-Thu), please submit your event by 12pm the day prior.

For weekend shows (Fri-Sun), please submit your event by 12pm on Thursday.

Area Range Covered:

We list events held at public venues within a 30-mile driving radius of Baton Rouge, LA. You can verify the distance by typing "Baton Rouge, LA" into Google Maps as the starting point.
Event Types Not Included:

We do not list DJ sets, Karaoke, Musical Theatre, or Home Concerts.
